A Familiar is a witch’s steward and accomplice, and every goddess has one. You’ve seen the tiger next to Durga perhaps, or the recognizable black cat and her old maid. Before these consorts of current iconography, some say the goddesses WERE the animals themselves. This piece is an ode to the feline friendly Cat People everywhere!
The itty bitty kitties (meow!) are made to order and may contain small variations. Soldered by hand onto a 20” Sterling chain using Sterling Silver sheet and findings and stamped on reverse with FDW maker’s mark.
