This simple and elegant fidget ring is the perfect accessory for any busy-handed person. Made with small silver dots in each of the cardinal directions, it can be flicked, flipped, and fidgeted around the finger of your choice (my preference is the index finger)!
As a multiply ND person, my bodymind needs near constant stimulation. Growing up I cracked my knuckles, engaged in self-injurious behavior, and bit my nails, because I didn’t know there were more creative ways of getting my self-stimulatory needs met. Now I regulate my nervous system by doing aerial, making jewelry, stitching fabrics, or fidgeting with my rings!
